From January 2023 Ace Adhesives will become the new distributor for Plakal Jelly Glues in the UK.  This is part of a wider agreement reached between Ace’s parent company, Gluecom NV, and German manufacturer Fritz Häcker GmbH + Co for worldwide co-operation on the sale of Plakal products.   

Plakal is an internationally recognised brand and sold to more than 80 countries worldwide.  Having a UK distributor for jelly glue products has become increasingly necessary since Brexit.  The agreement between Gluecom and Fritz Häcker means that UK customers can continue to purchase Plakal in the future as the UK government implements existing import controls for jelly glues.
